Romantic place, I really enjoyed helpful personnel.

Everything was very good, so were incredible views of the mountains. Having a writing desk and soundproof windows in my a nice size and well-equipped room was really great. The restaurant was wonderful for lunch and dinner, it had appetising dishes.

Had an enjoyable stay on long road trip. Our queen room was themed with balcony and view of mountains plus a patio...

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, a national park, and a great Mexican restaurant, and we really enjoyed our fantastic rooms and the wonderful staff.

The location was favourable the on property restaurant is wonderful. Units on the upper level.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, with plenty of restaurants and attractions like Catalina State Park just a stone's throw away.

We really liked the option of the larger "villa" room. It was especially nice because it had a private patio/yard. The pool was also great! It was very clean and perfect temperature.

The advertised buffet breakfast was actually at the hotel next door - and we didn't like having to go over there. I would have made other food arrangements or picked a different hotel. Also our room had a "kitchenette" - but there weren't any utensils of dishes available for use.

Our experience here was very lovely. The hotel was unusual, we loved its knowledgeable staff. Our room was impressive and immaculate, equipped with balcony as well as a patio. The property's location was comfy and ideal, to the National Park.

The room was unique and a decent size with a good view of the mountains. The hotel's location is favorable and close to everything you could need. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

This hotel is in a beautiful location close to authentic Mexican restaurants, featuring a very clean pool, charming building, and nicely decorated rooms with balconies.

La Posada was easy to reach from I 10 traveling by car. The building is attractive and offers a central garden area with pool and jacuzzi. There are outdoor tables with shade providing umbrellas (which are also lighted at night) for casual dining or just getting together. While in Tucson we visited the Desert Museum, went horseback riding, hiked in desert areas, found local shops operated by local artists and artisans. La Posada is family friendly and offers a quiet respite in the central garden area at the end of the day. The breakfast incluided in the price of the room was easily accessible at the Hampton Hotel next door. The food offered was freshly prepared, included fresh seasonal fruit and an ample selection of breakfast foods. The decor in that area represented reproductions of local and Mexican artists (i.e. Diego Rivera9 and local artists attractively arranged.

I had trouble accessing wifi from my room on the ground level.

Very pretty boutique hotel for a very affordable price. Unique rooms. Requested late checkout, and the staff member was extremely accomodating and friendly.

Staff did not put towels by the pool which was quite frustrating and jacuzzi looked like it needed a heavy dose of chlorine. My main complaint stemmed from a phone call that I received the day before my check in, telling me that they were re routing me to another hotel as it was too booked to accomodate my reservation. When I explained that if they looked on the reservation, there were actually 2 rooms, the staff member said, "Ok, we will take care of it and you are fine to stay at the La Posada." When we arrived, the girl at the front desk tells me that they were sending me to a Best Western down the street as they were booked, but they were comping the rooms. Though that was very kind, we did not want Best Western accomodations and wanted to stay at the La Posada due to the vacation feel of the resort. We left and went down the street to the Best Western to find out that they could not offer us the same kind of accomodations in our room that we had selected when booking. (2 Queen Beds). Came back to the resort and the girl then tells us that we can stay at the La Posada but not for free. When I asked why she did not give me this option when I tried to check in, she said, I am just trying to do my job based on what my manager told me. She told me that there were no other options earlier and that she had no record of someone calling me the day before!! Wasted a good hour of my day going back and forth and left a bad taste in my mouth. I had planned on asking for the manager in the morning, but was greeted by a wonderful gentleman the morning of the 17th at the front desk and decided that the rest of our stay was pleasant and did not want to further the issue.
